Yes we will send them back to you once we have scanned them and they will not be harmed in any way by us.
For security, if your photographs are of sentimental value we suggest you send them to us via Special Delivery. If you would like us to send them back to you by Special Delivery, please include £2.50 (and mark this option on the order form). If this isn't specified, we will send them back to you via Recorded Delivery. back to top
I have a rough idea of how I want my montage to look. Can I ask for certain pictures to be in certain places on my montage?
This is no problem at all. Please make it clear which photographs you would like where. Please also include a diagram with your order form! back to top
I would like a small colour area from a larger photograph. Can I have just a specific person or object in colour, even if it's part of a bigger photograph?
Absolutely - please just make it clear what / who you would like in colour. back to top
The montage is a gift for someone, but there are some people included in the montage who don't talk to each other and I would like them at opposite ends of the montage. Is this possible?
Yes - please make it clear who is required to be kept apart and we will ensure that they are separated. back to top
Do you provide proofs?
Yes we will email you a proof providing you have given us an email address. Please ensure that all details are printed clearly on your form. back to top
What is the minimum resolution of a digital photograph I can send you?
If you have a 2 megapixel or higher, digital camera your photographs will be fine. (No mobile phone photographs please). back to top
Can I scan my own photographs?
Yes you can scan your own photographs, but the resolution needs to be higher than 200 dpi.(See our how to scan guide.) Alternatively, send the prints to us and we will scan them for you. back to top
Can I choose my favourite photo for the centrepiece or colour area?
Yes - just write details of what you would like on the back of your order form and you can put post-it notes on the back of any pictures you send us. back to top

Yes, all photos with red-eye will be corrected and red-eye removed. back to top
Can you remove unwanted people from any photographs I send you?
Yes, just tell us which people you wish to keep and we will crop the digital photograph in the montage accordingly. back to top
Can I order more than one copy of the same montage?
Yes - please tick the relevant box under the Reprints section of the order form. Postage is free if ordered at the same time as your original montage. back to top
Can I order a larger reprint of a smaller montage?
No - unfortunately, the montages are created for a specific print size. We can make smaller but not bigger, in order to keep the quality as high as possible. back to top
What is "gallery wrap"?
This is where the pictures extend around the edge of a canvas. If gallery wrap is not specified, the edge of the canvas will be white, (non-gallery-wrapped). back to top

How do I pay?
You can send a cheque with your order form, made out to Red Memory Box, or you can pay online using PayPal (where you can use credit cards, and no PayPal account is required by you). How long will my montage take to arrive?
We normally allocate 3 weeks, however most are normally delivered back to you within 2 weeks.
